APOD for Palm
It is
emphasized that “APOD for Palm” allows anyone to easily and quickly
perform commercial property analyses! You
don’t need to know any formulas, carry around data sheets, or use a
calculator. This Palm program will
do all of the calculations for you as you tap the “Calc” button on the
bottom of the appropriate pages. This
program includes In-Hand’s “Tap Magic” feature, in which you tap on the
text associated with filling in a field and are told what information to fill
in, or when the program calculates the information, what that information is
used for. Other features include:
Save To Memo; popup mini-calculators for both calculations and data entry; and
the “In-Hand Expansion Pack”, which contains Buyer Checklist, Seller
Checklist, Contacts, Showings, and Commission Tracker programs.
“APOD
for Palm” saves all of your analyses until you specifically delete them.
This allows you to compare multiple properties and scenarios.
And, ALL of your analyses are with you in your Palm – whether you’re
in your office, your car, in the field, etc.
With “APOD for Palm” you won’t miss any items when talking with clients, since the program is designed to serve as a checklist, as well as being logical and intuitive.
