RateSheet

A copy of RateSheet is shipped with each copy of the In-Hand Realty Tools Suite.  To obtain a copy of RateSheet from your favorite Title Company, have your Title Company contact In-Hand and we will program their latest Title Insurance Rate Sheet.  Once completed they can "beam" their version of the RateSheet directly to your Palm device..

Tap on your handheld’s Application’s Launcher symbol.  You will see program icons on the screen.  Tap on the “RateSheet” icon shown on the bottom right of this screen.	The RateSheet screen appears Note the three columns.  Liability refers to the amount of insurance required and is in increments from $10,000 - $25 million.  Owner is the sellers cost and ALTA is the buyers cost.	By tapping on the area of the screen containing the logo, Title Company contact information appears.
